Save SMS templates you'll reuse over and over

If you find yourself typing the same SMS again and again — appointment reminders, delivery updates, the usual monthly promo — save it once as a template. Next time you launch a campaign, you load it in a click instead of rewriting it from memory.

Save your first template

The whole point of a template is that you write it once and it sticks around. Five minutes today, hours back over the next few months.

1

Open the Templates page

Click Templates in the sidebar, then New Template. That's the form where everything lives.

2

Name it and write your message

Give it a name you'll recognise later — something like Appointment reminder or Black Friday promo, not Template 1. Then write the message itself. You can use the same {{name}} style placeholders here as in campaigns, so the template stays personal each time you use it.

Drop it into a campaign

3

Load it next time you send

Next time you start a new campaign, you'll see a Use Template button instead of an empty message box. Pick the one you saved and your text fills itself in. Done.
